If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or you believe it to be unsatisfactory please contact us with your order number ready and we will endeavour to produce a satisfactory or beyond satisfactory service. 

Our wish is that all our customers will be happy with our products, but if for whatever reason you are not we can reimburse, exchange or replace the product free of charge.
